On today’s episode, Brittany Sheehan is joining me to discuss a day in her life. Brittany is a sleep consultant and mom of three kiddos, living in Manhattan Beach, CA. Brittany shares how she’s prioritizing her “Vitamin D and Me” time between work and pickup to give her the transition she needs to get into the home portion of her day. Brittany also shares how she structures her days and weeks to prevent too much context shifting, and how she uses Monday mornings to get stuff done around the house and complete her “Mom CEO” tasks. I learned so much from Brittany in this episode, including some new to me terms like “Chaos Tax”, that I will definitely be applying in my everyday
