In today’s episode, I'm sitting down with Kayla Mehr, a postpartum and perinatal workout specialist, to dive into her daily routine. As a busy mom with two kids, Kayla thrives on routine, and prioritizes time with her kids and her own self-care through her workouts. It's refreshing to hear how she optimized her outsourcing strategy, shifting from a nanny to a virtual assistant, to reclaim more time with her daughter and focus on the aspects of her job that truly bring her joy.

Kayla’s Pancake Recipe

  • 3 eggs

  • Rolled Oats (I’ve made these with 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 cup and same taste and consistency either way) 

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend it up, pour in an 8-9inch frying pan, sprinkle the cinnamon and cook just like a regular old pancake. Don’t flip too soon though or it’ll get messy
