Overnight Oats

1 14oz can Coconut Milk

1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

2 cups Oats

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  1. Mix together the Can of Coconut Milk and the 1 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk. Make sure there are no lumps from the coconut milk. Sometimes I will microwave it to ensure it’s completely smooth

  2. Add in the 2 cups Oats, and 2 Tbsp each of Maple Syrup and Chia Seeds. Mix well and place in fridge overnight

  3. Serve with Granola, Jam, Syrup or Coconut Cream or any combo of those
